Congratulations to friend of the firm Amanda Potts for her work in another successful Empty Bowls event held in Collidge, Arizona at the Central Arizona College campus! We were proud to help sponsor the event, where Amanda’s students cooked four different soups and an assortment of desserts.

Empty Bowls is a fundraiser that supports fighting hunger in the local community. For a minimum $10 donation, guests were treated to the soup and a custom bowl made by CAC ceramics students. Proceeds from this chapter of the event were donated to St. Vincent de Paul, Warehouse Food Pantry and Casa Grande Food Bank.

This is the third year in a row we have contributed to the event. CAC’s Empty Bowls fundraiser is important to us because Amanda and Kel have been friends since high school and Amanda was responsible for introducing Kel to his wife. Also, Empty Bowls events directly benefit the host community and Kel has many friends and family in the Casa Grande and Florence area.

So we are happy to assist the hard working CAC Empty Bowls team in another successful year of raising awareness and funds to combat hunger!
